Our normal turnaround time to fulfill and package your order for shipment is four to seven business days. However, for some Special Edition orders we must also factor in the additional time for your multimedia artwork to fully dry before packaging and shipment can occur.

To a limited extent, yes. On the rare occasion that your artwork arrives to you in a damaged state, we will cover the costs to replace the artwork. This includes covering the return shipping and handling costs for damaged items shipped from within the United States. However, you must cover the return shipping and handling costs for damaged items shipped from outside of the United States.
