While we select the appropriate container and cushioning materials to ensure a damage free shipment to you, on rare occasions the artwork can arrive to you damaged. In that case, we will cover all costs to replace the damaged artwork when you submit a replacement request to us within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To receive a refund for artwork that arrived to you undamaged, you must submit a refund request (see below) to us within the applicable return period listed below:
Refund requests received after the stated period(s) may be eligible for a store credit that you can apply to future purchases.
You must return the undamaged artwork to us within four (4) calendar days from the date of your refund request. We will cover the return shipping and handling costs for items shipped from within the United States. You must cover the return shipping and handling costs for items shipped from outside of the United States. Your full refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase your art within three (3) business days from the date the undamaged artwork is delivered back to us. Your full refund is subject to the packaging requirements.

You will receive a store credit in the amount of the price you actually paid for that the artwork. Your account will be credited with your store credit within two (2) business days from the date the undamaged artwork is delivered back to us.
For damaged artwork delivered back to us due to insufficient packaging by you, the store credit you receive will be the price you actually paid for that product minus our costs to restore the artwork to its undamaged state. Your store credit (if any) will be applied to your account within four (4) business days from the date the damaged artwork is delivered back to us.
You must ensure the artwork is sufficiently packaged for return shipping to us (see Packaging Advisor for more information). You are not eligible to receive a full refund when the artwork is damaged in transit to us due to insufficient packaging by you. However, you may be eligible for a store credit that you can apply to future purchases.
